Benefits Advice
Citizens Advice North East Derbyshire can advise you if you are unsure about your entitlement to benefits.
We can give practical help by:
- helping you to work out your entitlement to benefits
- helping you fill in the appropriate forms
- writing review and appeal letters
- providing benefit checks and better off calculations
If appropriate, we may be available to represent at HM Courts & Tribunals Service hearings. We can take your case to the Upper Tier Tribunal if appropriate.
